Sparks Rowing

Sparks set a new standard of experience in youth rowing programming. From 2018-2022 I worked with the CEO and COO to design and operated programs in the US and abroad, includling Dunedin, NZ and Cambridge, UK. The experiences and community are exceptional.  While I can share little publicly, I encourage you to look at their offerings for a sense of the philosophy and reach out to discuss analagous design challenges.
